What is your cancellation policy?
At Christiana Family Dental Care, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. We kindly ask patients to notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to other patients and continue providing quality care efficiently. New patients: If a new patient does not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will be unable to schedule a future appointment. Existing patients: Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee. As a courtesy, the first same-day cancellation is waived. If a second same-day cancellation occurs, the $50 fee will apply. After a third same-day cancellation, we may no longer be able to schedule future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us serve all our patients better.What ages do you accept?

Christiana Family Dental Care is dedicated to making quality dental care accessible to everyone. We accept most PPO insurance plans and are happy to assist you in understanding your benefits and helping you maximize your coverage.Do you accommodate special needs patients?
We believe every patient deserves care that is both comfortable and compassionate. Our office is fully equipped to accommodate individuals with special needs, including those who use wheelchairs. If you or a family member require any specific assistance, please let us know in advance. Our team will gladly make the necessary arrangements to ensure your visit is safe, smooth, and stress-free.
